The aims and objectives of DiCE are as follows:​

• To produce and deliver awareness of D & I in the workplace through conferences, training and events

• A mentorship programme for underrepresented groups 

​​

• Creation of a DiCE industry standard of D & I to ensure that events companies are diverse
